Leadership is not an easy thing. It requires a lot of personal learning and change. It is like a life transformation, similar to leaving home, finishing school, starting a career, getting married, or having a child. In fact, becoming a good leader, you must learn to think, act, and feel in new ways. You will discover new sources of satisfaction and let go of old habits that no longer help you. You will also start asking important question...
